To join the network, a new member center must submit an application including a letter of intent and additional documents complying with the specifications defined below.
The application is to be sent by the referent of the candidate center to the network coordination team (coordinators and project manager) for verification of the file and request for additional information or interview if necessary, then forwarded for assessment to the members of the Steering Committee.
The decision is made after a vote by the members of the Steering Committee. A center's application for membership is accepted if it obtains an absolute majority of the votes cast by Steering Committee members. The Steering Committee's opinion is delivered by the coordination team by e-mail to the applicant, within a period ranging from 30 to 60 days after acknowledging receipt of the application.
The finalization of the center's membership is formalized by the center's commitment to respecting the network's values and operating procedures, by signing a charter.
